The office building was built in 1968 and extensively renovated in 1992. It impresses with its covered main entrance and the spacious entrance hall with a reception desk and a seating area in the foyer. The spacious and open staircase leads to the upper floors.

The office areas are partially equipped with external sun protection and suspended ceilings with built-in lighting. Optionally, cooling in the building is possible. The workplaces are supplied by underfloor electric floor tanks, on the other floors by base ducts.
